At Passion Designs LA, every item is made with care and created just for you. Below is our shipping policy to help you know what to expect when ordering from us.

Processing Times

All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Processing time may vary slightly during busy seasons or sales events.

We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Times

After production, typical shipping times are:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

From time to time, Passion Designs LA may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays or lost packages can occur once an order is with the carrier.

If your package seems delayed, please check the tracking information first and contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date details.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
