Welcome to Passion Designs LA! We’re so glad you’re here. Before you shop, please take a moment to read our policies below.

All designs, artwork, and images on this website belong to Passion Designs LA unless otherwise stated. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our designs without permission — we work hard to create them!

When you order from us, you agree to the following:

  • Every product is made just for you, so small differences in color, design placement, or size may happen — that’s part of what makes each item unique.

  • Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final, unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you submit a custom design, please make sure it doesn’t include anything that belongs to someone else (like logos, copyrighted artwork, or trademarked phrases).

  • Passion Designs LA reserves the right to decline or cancel any order with content that’s inappropriate, offensive, or violates copyright/trademark laws.

  • We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but slight variations can happen depending on your screen and the printing process.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Passion Designs LA, every item is made with care — and often made just for you! Because our shirts and products are custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for size, color, or design changes once an order has been placed.

That said, we always want you to love what you receive! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at PassionDesignsLA@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace or correct the item at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or for buyer’s remorse.

  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to lighting and display differences — this is normal for all printed apparel.

  • All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit at our discretion.
