3. Custom Designs

If you upload or submit your own artwork, logo, or text, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to use that content.
It does not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.
You grant Passion Designs LA a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to reject any custom design containing offensive, hateful, or infringing material.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party processors. Passion Designs LA does not store your credit card information.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times vary because each item is made to order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control (such as weather or postal strikes).

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you experience an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at PassionDeisgnsLA@gmail.com with photos of the problem and your order number.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
